Sponsored blog posts - Posts that I am getting paid to create on my blog will always state 'AD' in the title and the first line of the post will state 'This post is in paid partnership with ____'

Sponsored social media posts - Posts that I am getting paid to create on my social media platforms will always state 'AD' at the beginning of the caption on Instagram and at the beginning of a tweet.

Gifted items / trips / experiences - If I am gifted any items, trips or experiences, I will always state in blog posts or social media posts that it is GIFTED. However there are two different ways I will state when something has been gifted to me by a brand:
 - if the item / trip / experience is gifted to me with no agreement to publish a post about it, be it on my blog or social media, but I am writing about it because I like it*, then it will clearly state 'GIFTED' at the beginning of a post or caption. Any links I include in posts will also state that the item is gifted.
- if the item / trip / experience is gifted to me with a previous agreement to publish a post about it, be it on my blog or social media, it will clearly state 'AD' at the beginning of a post or caption.
This is simply because that under ASA guidelines, a gift with obligation/agreement to post is considered content in exchange for payment. It doesn't necessarily mean that I will have received money for the post, but the gift itself is then considered payment.

Affiliate links - Occasionally I will use affiliate links in my posts. If you are to click on this link, it does not add any extra cost to yourself, but it means that if you buy something through that link, then I will receive a small percentage (a few pence). I will always state whether a link is an affiliate link so that you know exactly what you are clicking on.

All this being said, I will only accept products or experiences from brands that I am genuinely interested in and will use / attend. Whether it has been gifted to me or not I will always be 100% honest.
